What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from several warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit days for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will appear in your order details. You will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your parcel using the shipping company's website with your tracking number (e.g. UPS, USPS, etc.) - or by using universal tracking websites such as 17track.net.
What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven't received my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so that we can check and restart the delivery process. You can email us at contact@hemle-store.com or use the "Contact us" section.
What should I do if my product has arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo and email it to us immediately at contact@hemle-store.com. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Of course you can! We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@hemle-store.com, or by using our Contact Us page.
Your refund will be processed automatically as soon as the order is returned to our warehouse.
